Optum refuses to pay their share of prescriptions, that they were contracted to pay. I have contacted them many times and get a different song and dance every time I speak to someone. Usual reactions are: we're working on it, there are no corr ordination of benefits. The info has to be entered manually and the list goes on and on.

Caller: Optum rx Call type: Scam suspicion I filed complaints with Federal Reserve and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I filed with them and BBB. I finally got my refund 4 months later. Having to deal with Optum was the worst! They should not be allowed to be in business. Optum RX does not call clients without prior consent; and if a representative calls, a message is always left. The caller to my number is a robocaller and/or scam caller. I should add that I have notified Optum RX of the problem.
